About Sully Studio

Sully Studio develops mobile applications including PermitLogic AI and TotalCalc Pro. These Terms apply to all Sully Studio applications and services (collectively, the "Services").

About Our Services

PermitLogic AI provides an AI-powered mobile application that helps homeowners and contractors understand building codes, permit requirements, and construction compliance. The Service includes conversations with Sully (our AI assistant), project tracking, local code search, and the Sully Stamp Audit report.

TotalCalc Pro provides a mobile calculator suite with 40 calculators across construction, finance, health, and business categories, plus an AI-powered math assistant called Solve.

Not Professional Advice

Our Services are informational tools, not licensed professional services. Information provided by our AI assistants is:

• Not a substitute for advice from a licensed engineer, architect, contractor, attorney, or financial advisor
• Not an official permit approval or code compliance determination
• Not a guarantee that your project will pass inspection
• Not financial, investment, or legal advice
• Based on publicly available information that may not reflect the most current local amendments

Always verify permit requirements with your local building department before starting any construction project. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Sully Stamp Audit

The Sully Stamp Audit is an AI-generated compliance summary based on information you provide and publicly available code documents. It is provided for informational purposes only. Purchase of the Sully Stamp Audit does not constitute professional engineering review, official plan review, or permit approval.

All Sully Stamp Audit purchases are final. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if the report was not generated due to a technical error.

TotalCalc Pro Subscriptions

TotalCalc Pro offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription options. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape any Service
• Submit false or misleading information that could result in inaccurate reports or calculations
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated reports without permission

Intellectual Property

The Sully Studio name, Sully character, Solve character, app designs, and all content generated by our Services are owned by Sully Studio. Reports and calculations generated for your specific use are licensed to you for personal use only. You may share your own Sully Stamp Audit reports but may not sell or redistribute them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sully Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to failed inspections, stop-work orders, fines, project delays, or financial decisions made based on calculator results.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
