Sully Studios is a small independent app studio in northeastern Pennsylvania. We build practical tools for people who work with their hands, or are about to.
Our founder spent years in home-repair contracting. Again and again, he watched good projects stall for avoidable reasons: a permit nobody knew was needed, a setback discovered after the posts were set, a second and third trip to the store because the materials list was a guess. PermitLogic AI is the tool he wanted in the truck.

Meet Sully, the app's AI guide.
Sully is an AI character: a plain-spoken, patient veteran contractor who walks you through your project one question at a time. Sully is not a real person.

- The office decidesWe help you prepare. We never pretend to replace the permit office, an engineer or an attorney.
- No inflated claimsWe're pre-launch. We don't publish user counts, reviews or endorsements we don't have.
- Respect for creatorsModel building code text is copyrighted. We link to it or paraphrase it, never paste it.

We've tested hardest on towns close to home in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, hand-reviewing reports against each town's own pages.
